The rules for using our website and working with Devloop.

Use of the site

Browse freely for evaluation. Don't exploit vulnerabilities, break security, or copy content without permission.

Proposals and statements of work

Every project runs under a signed SOW or MSA. These documents define scope, pricing, IP ownership, service levels, and confidentiality.

Intellectual property

Our existing IP, tools, and frameworks remain ours. Deliverables outlined in the SOW transfer to you upon full payment unless specified otherwise.

Confidentiality

Marked or reasonably confidential information stays protected and gets used solely for service delivery.

Disclaimers

This site comes as-is. We disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, uptime, non-infringement, or suitability to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

Where permitted by law, Devloop's total liability for site or service issues caps at direct damages up to fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Governing law

Unless your SOW or MSA states otherwise, these terms follow the laws of Devloop's incorporation jurisdiction, without conflict-of-law provisions.

Contact

Dispute or confusion? Email contact@devloop.software so we can resolve it quickly.

When these site terms conflict with a signed SOW or MSA, the signed agreement wins.
