Rebuild

A rebuild that fixes the limits slowing the product down while protecting the parts people already rely on.

We start by finding the cost of the current system: slow releases, fragile areas, blocked features, or work the team keeps doing by hand. That decides whether you need a focused replacement or a wider rebuild.

The work is divided into parts that can be reviewed and released safely. Each part has a clear finish line and, where the risk calls for it, a way back to the previous version.

A rebuild can also remove custom code. Devloop replaced its hand-built booking flow with Cal.com when the maintained service could do the job with less risk and upkeep.
